Can I order by phone?

- Yes, you may place your order between the hours of 9AM & 9PM. If you can't get through to a representative, leave a message and your call will be returned. If ordering by phone you may pay by check or with a money order. Send it to our mailing address. Once the payment has been received, your order will be processed. You may also use the transfer money option via Paypal. Credit and Debit Card can also be processed over the phone. 

How else can I place an order?

 - You can download the retail order form. print it out and fill it out, then mail it along with a check or money order to our address found on the contact page. Retail order form below. The shipping pricing is as follows:

How do I specify what color or style I want for a certain product?

- When you check out, put the information in a note to the seller or you can use the contact page. Be sure to specify a secondary color incase your first choice is out of stock. If your second choice is also out of stock, you will be contacted to discuss other options.

How do I order a retail catalog?

- You can use the contact us page to request a catalog. The catalog features more product than our website.
 The prices differ slightly between the website and catalog.

Coupons & Discounts

How do I apply the code for my discount?

- When checking out via Paypal, include the code in the note to seller area. When using the order form, put it in the comment box. If placing the order by phone, inform the representative of the coupon code you would like to use.

How does the refer a friend work?

- When you refer a friend to the website and they make a purchase, both of you will get a discount. The code for the refer a friend discount is Refer:(your friends name). Once verified the discount will be applied.

Shipping & Processing

When will my order be shipped? 

-Most orders are shipped the same day or the day after payment has been received.

When will I receive my order?

-The most time it will take is 7 days. It depends on where it is being shipped. Review the chart below. Find the area you live in and add 2 days for an approximate estimation.

- You can use the guest book or the contact page to leave a review. A discount code will be sent to you after you leave the feedback.

Return Policy

-Items purchases must be returned within 21 days of purchase.  Buyer pays return shipping and has the option of a refund or exchange of the same item.
